Tamise has dedicated her life to community impact and service. Being born and raised in Chicago, IL and also a resident of the Far Eastside, she understands firsthand what it means to live in a community that has limited resources and bountiful strife. Making the intentional effort to effect change in her own life despite the circumstances intended to limit her, she chose to ignite hope by devoting her mind, body, and spirit to her faith. She has served in ministry for over 20 years and has had the unique opportunity, gift, and ability to intentionally build deep and meaningful relationships by sharing her story. She has been married to Tony Cross, her college sweetheart for 17+ years, and is a proud mother of a multi-talented son Ja'ir Cross. With the ability to impact lives with her charisma, Tamise is known for her electric energy, her bold faith, her love of Martin Lawrence, as well as her Chicago-native pride!

Meet Our Executive Assistant
"We're here to help the narrative of the Far Eastside be changed. My role is deeper than day to day operations, we have to make sure our family and community knows the truth of their potential so they can live freely and furthermore know the promise of their future is secure."
Montavia currently serves as the Executive Assistant for P30 and is part owner of 2 Cups A Day Cafe. She is an Indianapolis Eastside native and graduated from Marian University in 2020 majoring in Psychology with a minor in Business. She dreams of owning a community center on the Near Eastside of Indy in her childhood neighborhood. She enjoys outdoor activities and all sports, is a musician, a photographer, is faith-centered, and known for having a soft and gentle spirit. She is a quiet storm when you first meet her but she is a ball of energy once you get to know her.

Meet Our Marketing & Communications Director

Erin serves as the Marketing & Communications Director at P30, was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA., and has always had a passion for creativity in all facets. She owns and operates a Media Production Company called creativitE Productions, LLC and loves the ability to bring her skills to the Far Eastside for her culture and community. Priding herself on always being a peoples' advocate, she is passionate about the mission of P30 and the ability to carry out the challenge. She is a vocalist and multi-instrumentalist: playing piano, acoustic guitar, drums. She does graphic design, videography, content creation, writing, music production, and much more. When you first meet her, she may be straight-forward and direct but once you get to know her, she is very goofy and silly, known for her inability to hold in laughter!
